Jennifer Conforti, RDH, has over 21 years of experience as a dental business consultant, dental hygienist, and dental practice manager.  She is the President of Pathway Consulting, LLC, a national practice management consulting firm and for the past nine years has consulted in over offices across the nation.  In addition to being a 1988 graduate of William Rainey Harper’s dental hygiene program, Jennifer is a graduate of the “Sales Advantage”, “Leadership for Managers” and “High Impact Presentations” Dale Carnegie Training Courses where she won the honored Human Relations Award.  Jennifer has lectured to doctors and staff regarding dental topics such as, “The Impact of the New Patient Appointment” and “The Power of Intention… Communicate Toward a Purpose”.

Having played a vital role in most areas of the dental practice, Jennifer has a strong understanding of practice dynamics.  Her mission for her clients is to promote business through establishing tangible office systems, inspire leadership and teamwork among doctors and staff, and network for greatest achievement and growth.  She currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
