CONSULTING SCHEDULE-ONE YEAR COMMITMENT

For the initial 3 months of our relationship, you can expect me in your office every 2-3 weeks for at least 6-8 hours.  For the remainder of the year, we will meet in your office once each month or as needed, to be determined at initial consultation, to review strategies, systems, procedures and personnel issues.  These meetings will be pre-arranged, during non-patient as well as patient time to maximize the outcome.  Additional meetings may be scheduled with other advisors as needed.  I will be available to you and your team by phone, fax or e-mail at all other times.  I will be instrumental in hands-on coaching during patient time for the doctor and team.

At the conclusion of the 12 month term, you may choose to extend services for a retainer fee dependent on need and to be determined at that time.  I have found after working with clients for one year, new circumstances develop and a continuous relationship is compulsory.
